Once you have decided to go ahead and place the booking, call us on 07712 806 206 so that we can take some details from you. You will need to pay a 25% deposit at this point so that we can reserve your booking slot. Deposits are non refundable.
Once you have paid the deposit and provided all the required information, we will send you a hire agreement or a sales contract (depending on the service/s required). We can send this via post or email. This must be signed before we can provide any services.
At this point your booking will be complete and there is nothing further for you to do. We will provide the products / services as agreed.
You can pay us using in various ways. Please see below on the different payment methods that we accept and any additional information that you may require. Please contact us before you make any payments and do not send us any money without our prior knowledge.
We accept cash in the form of your local currency. Unfortunately for safety reasons, we do not accept cash via post. If you are unable to pay using cash, there are a variety of other payment methods that we accept and little inconvenience to you.
Bank Transfers are amongst the safest ways to send money. You can pay into our registered business account. We are registed for Faster Payment so we will receive your payment within 2 hours. If bank transfers are inconvenient for you, then you have the option to pay via debit/credit card.
We accept a variety of debit and credit cards. Card payments are a universally accepted payment method and we are able to take payments over the phone and in person. Our card payment system is very secure and offers convenience for all. We accept all major credit and debit cards including: Visa, V-Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club
We accept all UK bank cheques however we have a strict policy regarding clearance. A payment will only be accepted as received once it has been cleared of all legal and banking related delays are restrictions. *Cheques used to pay balances will have restrictions. Please see the hire agreement for more details.
